Amber was born and raised in Smyrna, Delaware. While attending Wesley College to pursue her BA Degree in Legal Studies she was the Vice President of the Legal Society. Wesley College's Legal Studies program is recognized and approved by the American Bar Association. Prior to attending Wesley College Amber attended Wilmington University working on a BA in Education. Amber began her legal career in 2002 working as a Legal Secretary for a Personal Injury firm in college and began working as a Real Estate Paralegal prior to graduation in 2006. Amber has been working for the firm for three years now. She has recently assumed the additional role of being the firm's Personal Injury Paralegal, assisting the attorneys with the Personal Injury Cases.

Jennifer is a native Pennsylvanian who moved to Delaware in 2000. She has a great deal of experience in Real Estate, growing up with a mother who is a loan officer. Jennifer began her legal career interning during high school and has been working for the firm for four years now. She has recently assumed the additional role of being the firm's Family Law Paralegal, assisting Mark and Jim with their Family Law cases.
